So it's like if some guy cut you off or something and you got out of the car and start yelling at it or you cut a promo on your wife for kids or something. Yeah. Got you. Got you. All right. So I say all kinds of crazy random things. to say some weird hip-hop slang from the 80s or 90s, like 5,000 or something. Be like, what? I love it, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. All right, what do we got to that? Let's get it. Let's get it. How do I stay athletic, not just lean and jacked into my 40s, 50s, and 60s? I like that question because a lot of people just go to the gym and will just lift just to look better. There's nothing wrong with that. Everybody wants to look better. But I do think, like, if that's all you did is just went in and just hit the machines, just basic exercises, you're limiting yourself a little bit. So you do want to be doing mobility all the time. Um, that's going to be key because you lose mobility as you age.

You lose fast switch muscle fibers as you age. That's why eventually you have to retire from sports

at 28, 35, whatever it is, because you lose your fast switch fibers. Now, can you prevent that?

Kind of sort of. Up to a point. Otherwise, we'd all be sprinting and jumping as high as we did when we were 20. Okay. But you want to prevent it as much as you can. So how do you do that? Simple. Jumps and throws. And if you haven't done this for years, like if you haven't done a throw or a jump in a while, ease into it, like just jump on something this height, like a foot high, like a box jump, and don't jump off because your Achilles probably aren't ready for us. You'll jump off. You'll hear this. You'll jump off. You're like, oh, I tore my Achilles amount for a year. Right. like ease it, step down, jump off. When you're over 40 and you haven't done something in a while,
