yes yes and let's just understand that deep down the anxiety isn't something that can hurt you.

If you don't let it hurt you, there is a part of you within you that is okay with allowing the elements of anxiety to be

there without entertaining them or providing energy or focus towards them.

We call this the higher self, or the deeper eye within you. There is that part, and

we tend to forget that. We tend to believe that whatever anxiety is portraying is the way we need to live our lives, and this is a very stressful way of living,

we never take the chance or the opportunity to say, hey, maybe there are other parts within me that I haven't been allowing to lead me, I haven't

been listening to, that can lead me in a different direction and different interpretations,

and that is very, very true. Anxiety can be very loud. The voice of
