Anxiety comes with fatigue, exhaustion, and so does recovery. The only difference is there is if we are taking the right steps in our healing we are experiencing good fatigue whereas a forceful approach will lead to bad fatigue. All will be laid out for you today on the anxiety guy podcast. Enjoy!

are dealing with today. And before I jump into some of the solutions to these things, I want to give you an idea of what life is like

you do is very difficult to do. It feels like you don't have a lot of gas in the tank to do so

many things and it's like you're running on fumes throughout the day and you walk up the

stairs and you're still young age and you'll feel like you're exhausted your hearts pounding and

everything like that this is burnout commonly known as chronic fatigue

syndrome and so chronic fatigue syndrome.

And so this can be the perpetrator of so much anxiety

and make us feel like we're never gonna heal. Often we don't even know whether we should focus on the fatigue or the anxiety,
