and I guess I'm curious what are some of these order or less common ways that we might be

Yeah, one of the things I noticed is the people kind of stick with some of the same cooking

methods.

And I think you can look at some of the methods that we use for maybe meats and things

like that and bring them over into how we are preparing our fresh produce and our fruits

and vegetables.

So one of the key ones that I really love to introduce people to that they are usually

pretty surprised about is smoking your vegetables.

So if you love smoked meats and barbecue, bring that same love and delicious flavor to your

And so lots of vegetables do really, really well with the smoking process.
