streams out of our gardens almost all the time is just a supply of herbs that is sometimes

And so, you know, I've got a couple of my favorite preparations here but I'm curious

And honestly, herbs are probably the thing that I grow.

But yes, I have a surplus of herbs and so I figured a lot of other people may be like me

So, some of the things that I do, I lean really heavily into creating sauces because sauces

are this essential last layer of flavor that take our food from ordinary to extraordinary

and so I encourage you to work with sauces more often and sauces don't have to be something
