your relationships. So receiving is probably not something that you've turned your mind to very

consciously. I think for a lot of us it's really not and yet I think for so many

people it can be a real struggle and it can keep us stuck in

relationships that are really imbalance not really knowing why or what to do

about it and as we'll talk about I think we can often blame the other person

for the fact that maybe our needs are not being met or we're not feeling considered or acknowledged
