Me and Jamison were recently auditioning people for a stupid video we were doing. We did

a 50 shades of grey spoof where we cast women for the role of, is it Anastasia? I think

that's her name. We cast women for the role of this and I wrote down some of the things

that I noticed were really important and some of them are going to be so obvious to you

and some of them might not be so obvious. So let's race through them. Firstly, handshake.

It was amazing to me that when the awful handshakes came along, I immediately didn't want

to work with that person because somewhere in my mind, I said, if this person can't give

me a firm handshake, I don't know how they can do anything in life. So as harsh as that

sounds, it was absurd. It's still absurd to me that someone can't give a firm handshake.

I don't, I don't get it. Obvious but true. The second one. Energy. What was the energy

of the person when they walked into the room? There was one person in particular who came

in kind of low energy, didn't smile and almost came in with this look of, I don't like

you. Immediately from that place, it felt very difficult to imagine working with that

person. I'm asking myself the question in that situation, do I want to work alongside

this person? Is this going to be easy or fun or enjoyable? If the answer is no, it almost

doesn't matter how good they are, you're still predisposed to say no to them in that
