Today we are talking about secrets of sexually empowered women.

Now, I'm choosing to talk about this because I get a lot of questions from people who have

read my e-book or clients or just my audience in general, asking me, how do I become a sexually

empowered woman?

Now, this podcast is specific to women, but for the men listening, you can definitely use

all these tricks and more.

So really, it's sexually empowered people because it doesn't matter what gender you are.

It's all the same.

But I do get a lot of questions, you know,

asking how can I increase my confidence? How can I feel more empowered? And that's why a lot of

people choose to work with me because they want to be feeling like that and they're not.

So I'm really excited about this topic. My whole mission as a sexologist is to empower more people in the world.

And so I'm pretty sure that this one's going to be a popular one. So what is a sexually empowered

woman? I guess that's where I want to start because everybody has different definitions of what it looks and feels like to be a

sexually empowered woman and what a sexually empowered woman who she is in the world.

I want to start with a, I guess it's a poem that I've had since I was really young and I

keep reading and I guess for me this is what it's about.

So I'm going to read that.

And then I'm going to talk about my own experience first.
