So we've talked a lot about hiring an assistant. And in fact, I would say this, if you're serious about scaling your business, if you want to grow it, you must hire an executive assistant.

Because you got to have somebody that you can delegate to, you're going to fill up your capacity, you're going to be able to break through the ceiling, unless you've got some help.
