Hello my love, welcome to a guided meditation by Lavendare. I'm happy you made the choice to meditate today and tap into the abundance that is already all around you.

Let's get into a comfortable seated position, close your eyes, rest your hands on your knees with your palms facing up. We're going to take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Deep breath in.

And deep breath out.

Another breath in.

And out, let it all out. feel your body becoming more relaxed.
