| 0:26.6 | Minute Friday from Hurtle. Something that really resonated with me today that I want to talk about this week is the fact that at one point or another, |
| 0:37.0 | someone that is wildly important to you in your life was a stranger. |
| 0:44.0 | Let that sink in for a second. |
| 0:46.0 | I'm going to say it again. |

| 0:51.0 | your closest friends in your life that at one point they were someone you |
| 0:55.4 | didn't know and I bring this to the feed today because it was so funny I went to yoga with a friend of mine who I met a few years ago in the city and after |

| 1:16.0 | And I met both of them also in the city. |
| 1:19.0 | And I have this moment as I was sitting there |

| 2:09.0 | And by choosing that path instead of saying to myself, oh I'm not really interested in |
| 2:15.0 | getting to know someone new, I am better for it. And so knowing that you have the opportunity regardless of whatever is going on in |
| 2:26.2 | your relationships right now to look back in a year from now and think, I had absolutely no idea about the people who would enter my life, |
| 2:37.4 | I had no idea about how they could change my world, and how lucky am I to have had the experiences with the people that I have. |
| 2:48.2 | Some perspective, if you will. My thought prompt for you this week is who is one person you are very thankful for in your life. Why is that and then I challenge you to tell them that today. |
| 3:03.6 | Who is one person in your life |
