Hurtle. Oh man, it has been an insane week. I literally felt hungover with how much love I

was met with last weekend. I talked on the show about celebrating my birthday last Friday and I

don't know if I've ever felt so beyond measure in terms of supported and cared for and I feel

really grateful for that this year, this lap around the sun. Now for last week's installment of

the weekly Hurtle newsletter, which comes out every Friday. If you're not subscribed just yet,

my 35th year. And one of those lessons, something I talk about all the time, it's my throughline

for 2023. And certainly, and bringing this into my year 35 is energy attracts like energy. And

last Friday, I was in the best mood. I started the day by doing a strength workout. I then

rode bikes with some friends and I quickly showered and got myself together to get back out the door

to go meet some friends to lay out by the pool. And before I hopped in a car because I was in a bit

of a rush, I stopped inside of the 7-11 not far from my apartment. And I go to check out at the

counter with a beverage and the cashier and I exchanged some niceties. He asked me how my day is.

I'm saying I'm having a really great day. It's so nice outside. What great weather we're having.

And then he looks at what I'm buying and asks me if I like I was buying to be completely honest,

a tall can of sugar-free like alcoholic lemonade seltzer. And he says to me, how do you like those?

I was like, actually, I really like this one. It's super refreshing. And he looks at me and then he

looks back at the fridge behind me. And he says, go grab another one. I'm going to buy it for you.

I love your energy. I was so flattered. I told him, of course, he did not have to do that. And he

insisted. So I grabbed another can and I brought it to the counter. And to be completely frank,

I thought that he was probably just going to not even ring it up. But he rings up the second
