Hello everyone and welcome to the Evolved Emily Show. I am your host, Emily Hayden. And for today's

episode, I want to talk about divine timing. So everybody say it with me. I trust in the divine's

timing for my life. I'll say it again. I trust in the divine's timing for my life. It can be very easy to get caught up in always

rushing to the next thing, checking off everything from the to-do list and trying to get to the

end of it by the end of every single day just to go to sleep and wake up and do it all over

again. And our lack of patience really expresses a mistrust of the divine timing in our life.

Because when we rush throughout life at a deeper level, it's just a sense to control.

It's a sense of control so that we can hopefully control what outcomes happen in our life or not. And the truth is,

no matter what we do, we really cannot control the outcomes of life. We do get to be co-creators in

life and we get to be very intentional with what it is that we want to welcome and magnetize

into our lives, which is a really beautiful thing that is also incredibly powerful.

But if we go throughout life in this rushed pace and we don't take time to have patience

and create deep presence within the day, within the here and now that we are currently

occupying, then we will miss so many beautiful moments and we'll

miss the juice of what life actually is. Life is made up of all the moments in between of you

from the last thing that you wanted to the next thing that you want. That's where a majority of

life is. And I think when you you recognize that it can be a constant reminding

and a constant practice to come back to the present moment there's this book called the way

of the peaceful warrior and it's actually the first book that taught me what it was like to be

present which is just crazy to even say out loud.

So don't forget, guys, I have grown a lot throughout the years, and of course, I still have

so much further to learn and grow in my life. But I have really grown so much from where I used to
