They have good career past or businesses. They're making money. They're doing all the things.

But what's been so interesting to watch, especially as I've stepped into this new chapter,

becoming a real estate agent in Colorado, helping first-time investors, working with a lot of

women and couples who want to build more wealth and give themselves more option for the future,

is I'm realizing majority of women, and honestly people in general, but this podcast is obviously

like 99% women who listen in, but majority of women are not held back because of lack of

intelligence. They're not even held back by lack of opportunity. They are held back by their

own perception of the world and how they choose to make decisions for themselves

when something feels really big or just like unfamiliar or high stakes because they've never

done it before.
