Hey, what's up everyone. Welcome back to the show. Today we're talking about a few different

0:05.9

plants that fit two important categories. So I have a couple friends who just started a garden

0:12.0

and this is their first time ever

0:14.3

jumping into the gardening world and so of course they want some easy wins they want

0:18.8

some plants that they can grow without too much effort that don't really take too much to care for,

etc, actually, Watercress tops the list

1:12.0

as far as nutrient density. However, it does not top my list of

1:15.3

plants to grow for a beginner because I find that it's a bit finicky to germinate and it's kind

1:19.8

of annoying to grow as compared to many other greens.

1:23.2

Now, it's important to know that this study

1:25.2

was based on 17 critical nutrients that bodies need,

1:28.9

fiber, potassium, protein, calcium folate,
