| 0:57.0 | One of the challenges with anxiety is that we're so caught up in the experience and the physical symptoms that we aren't able to step back and look at possible cause and effect, |

| 1:39.0 | We learn that overstimulation of the nervous system is the leading cause or the leading underlying cause of anxiety. |
| 1:47.2 | And look at our world right now. We have so much information coming at us all the time. Social media, news, movies, noise, change, |
| 1:59.7 | just being out in social environments with all of the noise and energy that's flying around. |
| 2:07.6 | And many of us live with constant noise and visual stimulation, even when we're in bed trying to sleep. |
| 2:14.6 | There may be the rumble of traffic or sounds of airplanes or other noises, and these things |
