Scott is the show's very first southbound Appalachian Trail Throughhiker,

and we talk all about that differences between a

northbound and a southbound through hike we talk about how unlike our previous

guest Scott did the no-stove cold-soak thing for his food and it actually worked out

pretty well for him and we even get into yet another sketchy bear encounter story

that Scott had while he was hiking through Shannon Doha National Park.
