Good morning my friends and welcome back it is time for the morning mindset

time for you and for me to get our minds aligned with the truth of God.

My name is Carrie Green.

I'm a retired pastor who just can't seem to retire.

I just continue teaching the word of God.

First of all, because I just love it.

I love God's word and I love teaching it, but I also love seeing other

believers move forward in their faith. And that really is what the morning mindset exists

for, is to help you do that every single morning.

Let's get started today.

We've been talking about this 4F progression.

It's a little name title, whatever that my wife and I have attached to this concept that we're talking about

And it's a progression that we all go through

in the course of life as difficult circumstances come into our lives.

The first F is feelings.

Feelings crop up automatically.

By default, that's how we are.

It's how we're wired as human beings. So you have a

health crisis, you have a child who is ill, you have any kind of financial

situation, I mean you can fill in the blank in your situation the feelings arise

That cause us to feel stressed or anxious or fearful or fill in the blank

That is the first step in this four-F progression,
