Welcome back my friends to the morning mindset. It's time for you and for me to get our minds aligned with the truth of God.

That is our responsibility every single day of our lives and I hope

you take that seriously. We've been looking at the 4F progression, a little

name that my wife and I have given to something we've observed in life that happens in our lives as believers in Christ.

In fact, parts of it don't happen often, which is the reason we begin feeling stuck in a negative situation where in our

feelings about the negative situation really is more to the point. The first

F which we talked about a few days ago, is feelings. Our

feelings are responders, their reactors that come up in the midst of circumstances

and sometimes tend to derail us from walking in a place of trust in our relationship to God.

Our responsibility when these feelings rise up is to turn to the facts.

And in Matthew 6 Jesus demonstrates the kinds of things we're to set our minds on

when the feelings rise up to derail us.

Those are things that are true about God's action

in the circumstance.

And the third F of this four F progression is faith. You probably saw that one coming. You see in

this entire passage of Matthew chapter 6 verses 25 through 34, Jesus only makes one prescription of what we are to do besides

looking at those facts.

Now by prescription, I mean where he tells us what the problem is. He

diagnosis and says what were to do instead. And that is in verse number 30.

He says, oh you of little faith, you see he puts his finger right on the

source spot and he pushes, he says here's your problem. You have little faith. Now really it's not about the

amount of faith. It's about whether or not we have faith in the first place.
