Yeah let's nerd out on some real estate. Tell us about, why don't you give our audience a little rundown on who you are?

Well, I've been flipping houses since 2009. I started flipping houses with my parents back during the

middle of the recession and the first house that I flipped was one of their

rental houses and I fell in love with the process fell in love with the house and

moved in so I didn't make any money and they didn't make any money, but they had a happy daughter for about 10 years. So that was good.
