| 1:07.6 | usually talk about such things here. I have one question concerning breathing issues. I have found out recently that I am hyperventilating much of the time even when it seems that I feel calm. |

| 1:27.0 | and after many attempts to do that, my chest gets tighter. |
| 1:32.0 | I guess this is due to the muscles working. When I concentrate on |
| 1:36.9 | other things I stop taking the extra breaths, but then I remember and it starts over again. At these moments I also start yawning a lot. |
