Learning about your body just allows you to have so much more self-compassion in those moments

where maybe you aren't feeling your best and you can kind of take a step back and look at

okay what's going on here. While that happened how can I maybe do better next time? You can't

My parents like my dad and my mom but my dad like super was into health food and supplements and

to like natural living and he was both of them were entrepreneurs. Yeah. And so in the 70s my

dad had a like a imported herbs for like yeah for supplements stuff like that. He was super

early into that game in Jinsing, etc. But super hippie crushing life. I had never taken it over

the counter medicine. Never went to a doctor. Wow. Yeah, I didn't get my birth certificate until

I had to go to first grade. So I went to first grade and like I went and got my birth certificate.

I love this. Yeah. Like being raised in that you don't even really know. You know, it's like at

the earliest age like when I was really young I didn't know other kids got to take Tylenol

if I had a headache. I didn't know they were just like drink more water. Yes. Have some

electrolytes. That's so yes. Yes. But then I went to school and I went to school with like normal

kids and in public school and it dawned and me like wow other people get like gushers at lunch and

...
