week was handling fear with strength. So pretty much strength. It is so crazy that I have been

in a state of fear, which I will give you spoiler alert is my worst mood, just the fear because

let's talk about them both at the same time, right? So worst mood fear and best mood is actually

handling it with strength. So fear obviously feels absolutely horrible and one of my amazing and

supportive friends that has gotten me through this fearful time because I have had fear boiling over

me for a very long time at this point. It's just transitions in and out, it comes in a different

ways, but fear is a huge part of anxiety. We all know that and sometimes when you're faced with

fear head on, you have to remember feelings aren't facts. Fear is just presenting them as real.

And that has really helped me because you guys know I always talk about honoring my feelings and

that's why I do want the worst mood this week to be fear because it's a horrible thing to feel
