1:28.4 | sometimes that gets us in the wrong mindset, right? Like, we're really rushed and trying just to do it |
1:35.2 | as fast as possible. Usually we don't take time to learn from our mistakes. We don't take time to |
1:39.8 | learn how to feel worthy and good right now. And then you quit porn and you go back to it and it's a cycle. |
