We're talking about the beautiful gift that I had not known how to do so much in my life. I hope to give you this gift today. It is the gift of self-validation, which by the way, I believe it's an art. It's a process you learn and what kind of art it is, is it?

you ask? It is the art of not needing other people to tell you good job, to be proud of yourself to not needing external validation

but to instead be able to tap into your own internal validation because self validation is a skill that most confident people have learned

And even if you consider here's what's so important that you get for me today.

Even if you consider yourself a words of affirmation, if words of affirmation are your love

language, you are in good company. I am a words of affirmation person and I want to tell you if I can do it, you can do it, you can also learn how to self-affirm and self-validate. That doesn't mean you still don't love the words of affirmation. It means that you don't need them to feel good about yourself. There's a big difference there.
