| 1:18.0 | Like, you know what I mean? Like, you're like all in on this weight loss goal or all in on this launching an Etsy store or being public about your art or music or applying for a new job and building your resume and stepping out and believing what you can get and then it gets hard. |
| 1:35.0 | Or then the results come slower or then it's hard to get out of bed one day for that run, that marathon that you're training for because it's cold, right? |
| 1:44.0 | And you forgot to set yourself up for success the night before so you do a little microquit and you give up just for a day and you think it's okay, I'll pick it back up. |
| 1:52.0 | But then you feel bad about giving up and then it creates a pattern and we settle into complacency and complaining and comparison and then cynicism, who was I even to think that I could do this? |
| 2:04.0 | Because that's what I call stepping in and out of belief when you're like, I'm all in, I got this and then like, and you get tired. |
| 2:10.0 | And then you take a little break and then, you know, two steps forward, one step back. |
| 2:14.0 | If you ever feel like you've taken two steps forward and then three steps back and then one step forward and then two steps back and then five steps forward and one step back. |
