I am going to be that friend who's going to cheer for you no matter what. Who's going to remind you of who you are and what you have inside of you when you forgets, because when we forget who we are, we start spiraling.

We start comparing. We go down into the depths of despair, and even though on the surface our life is good, we feel so crummy, and then we feel guilty about not being happy.

Y'all, it becomes a big mess, and it can be solved with just knowing who you are, knowing how loved you are, and knowing the deep and tremendous amount of purpose that God has put you in inside of you to go bear fruit,

and do good works in this world. So, hey, in this episode today, we're talking about some good stuff.

I'm talking about comparison and jealousy, and all the things that are keeping us from keeping, from having a good life, because here's, here's, here's, you guys, I promise to, with the title.

Why? It's easier for other people. Now, what's that it? Now, we all go into a place where we're like, well, must be nice.

Well, they don't have any problems, because they have so much more money than us. Or that chick, she's got no problems. Do you see how gorgeous she is?

Or, wow, that person's so popular, they obviously don't have problems. Or, hey, you're figuring something out, maybe you're writing a book, or, or doing a business, or trying to climb within the corporate ladder of the company, within which you work, and you look around, and you see other people,

or, assuming, having an easier time, having more doors open, not messing up, not messing up the test, getting better grades, it just coming easier, and you think, gosh, why is this so hard for me?

What's wrong with me? Must be nice. So, guys, that's what we're talking about in this episode of the confidence podcast, we're going to be talking about how to get, how to stop getting stuck up in comparison.

I have a lot of episodes on comparison, and you guys, I believe there's room for a lot more because it is a, it is a cancer of the brain. When you go to a place, compare, comparison, you are throwing your joy away.

And so, we've got to attack this cancer like we mean it. No, so we're going to be talking about how to stop getting stuck into that cycle.

And how to, how to notice which words you're saying and allowing yourself to think that are, are striking the match to fire and that and fan the flame of comparison.

And when you get rid of, when you ditch comparison, you get to have a better life. So, I'm going to, we're going to talk about just fundamentally, how to have a better life, but even then, next step, the difference between a good life and an extraordinary one, and how to get the one you want.

And then finally, I'm going to talk to you about how to parent your thoughts. So you can stop worrying if others are better or happier or it worth it's easier that you just don't care.
