| 1:07.0 | That we can look around in our brain finds evidence of where we are lacking, where we are inadequate, where we feel like an imposter, where we don't fit in, where we're different, and I want to pause. |
| 1:18.0 | Your difference is what makes you beautiful. Different is good. |
| 1:23.0 | And enoughness is this moving treadmill, this never-ending finish line that you can get out of, not by doing more. |
| 1:33.0 | Not by magically creating more time, right? I know that often we go, I don't have enough time, right? |
| 1:38.0 | Or I'm not funny enough, pretty enough, rich enough, skinny enough, funny enough, friendly enough, optimistic enough, you name it. |
| 1:47.0 | Look, you can do that. You have full permission to do with your thoughts, what you want, but your thoughts are going to create your results in life. |
| 1:53.0 | So if the result is that you want to feel like poo-poo, and you want to feel down and depressed and discouraged all the time, then allow yourself to keep indulging in thoughts of unworthiness and inadequacy. |
| 2:06.0 | But if you want more, if you know you were made for more, it's time to start managing your thoughts differently, to start working on your thoughts and your self worth, |
| 2:20.0 | and your worthiness from a place that's more firm. And we're going to talk about that, how to feel enough. |
| 2:26.0 | Now, your enoughness is just a feeling. I'm not going to remind you that your feelings come from thoughts that you think, which is why I love this, you can help how you feel. |
| 2:37.0 | So, hey, I'm getting ahead of myself. I'm just getting excited because this is a complex, very, very common experience that we think so many of us feel, but don't know how to talk about. |
| 2:48.0 | So, I think that today's podcast coaching session does enlighten you, make you feel understood, and also give you some tools to help start talking back to that voice of inadequacy, that lie of unworthiness, because they are lies. |
| 3:02.0 | And you can't hold on to the lie, the lie is the bondage that keeps you from the truth of who God made you to be, to be the fullest version of yourself. |

| 3:17.0 | But if you allow yourself to indulge in the small narrative that you're just not enough, you're not ready enough, you're not talented enough, you're never great. |
