Why aren't I not succeeding in this area of my life? And I just, I wasn't really willing to put in the work. And I've 100% actively worked to change that. And I'm very happy about that. But just think about it. If you're in a situation where you're like, man, I'm just, I'm not in shape. I'm not feeling my best. And you consistently complain. Like, you don't really have that right to complain unless you're actively willing to put in that work and to make a difference and it's a good reminder whatever it is that you just want to improve on to put in that work and you'll be a completely different person said it before i'll say it again to get somewhere you haven't been you have to do something you haven't done and it's just so easy to say this time's going to be different i'm going to sick to my fat loss goals i'm going to stick to my diet but if every time you're failing off you got to say okay i need to do more i need to reevaluate my situation i need to be honest with my level of effort because it really sucks when you're not aligned with your ambitions and your action because you know you want it |
