But it was really hard in the beginning when I was like really believing in myself to go online

and to get clients results and to make these great transformations.

And to have my peers that were other physical therapists kind of dogging it a little,

being like, what are you doing?

There's no way you can do that.

But then I'm like, I just, you know, laser focused, keep going.

And now there's like research to show out that there's actually no difference in virtual versus in person. What's up guys? Welcome back to the FitViz podcast. Today I'm

here with a special guest, Jessica London. So there are a few reasons we really want to have

Jessica on the podcast. So Jessica is a student of IFCA, now legacy. Jessica, how long have you been in the

community? Gosh, just over a year. So I think I hit my one year in, I think was in August or October

of last year. Awesome. Well, you know, Jessica went from struggling to get leads in our business, not really knowing what to do here in the beginning, second guessing, back and forth, to having really early success in IFCA.

She generated like 75K in her first five months.

But a few things we're going to jam on today.

So Jessica, she is a doctor of physical therapy.

She specializes in pelvic floor, which is I obviously near and dear to my heart after having a baby and understanding.

And what she does is usually only done in a clinic. She's made a really cool online offer around

it. So of course, you know, it's taken off when something is that great. It usually does end up selling itself. She's gone from a solopreneur to building a team of six in the last year. What I think is cool, too, she's done all this while working about 30 hours a week because she has two young kids. So we'll walk through her journey a little bit. She's now, she started with some more, like, advanced systems with ads and things like that.

She didn't start with advertising, but now she's getting into more, like, reliable acquisition systems now that she's really starting to understand business.

I think what else is cool?

She's had a really cool mindset shift that I'll pick your brain on.
