And Matt why don't you give everybody a little bio on yourself so they can get to know you better.

Yes, I guess one thing that's unique about me is that my background is in computer engineering.

So I guess I came about it from a different standpoint and so you know that's one thing that's been really super

helpful as I've gotten into the real estate market I got in as technology started to really take off and we've been able to leverage that in our business.
