We're so happy to be with you today and so excited to do a deep dive on this episode.

As you can see, this is the episode where we're talking about the fact that trans athletes

rates are human rights and just really excited to have a loving, open conversation about

this.

As we do with all our podcasts, just kind of sitting around the dinner table, talking

about this topic, which we are extremely passionate about.

Yeah, we want to make sure everyone listening to this knows you are loved.

That includes obviously trans athletes, the first and foremost, given this topic, but

also people that might be in the middle on this topic or people that are unsure or even

critics, like no matter where you're coming from, you're loved, we're all starting from

different places.

Our hope on this podcast is to give you the tools to like really expand your scope of empathy

and understand why trans athlete inclusion is a moral imperative for all of us and we

can all support it and we need to use our voices.

And I think as we go through this process, like David and I will inevitably wrap up, I

think we mess up a lot, but I think this is like session important topic to me that I'm

almost like, I don't want to mess up.

I don't want this to be perfect, but we will mess up and that's okay.
