Well, it's been a while since I've had a new episode out, and that's mostly because I have

been really busy preparing for the release of my brand new book.

It's called When Culture Hates You, and the subtitle is Persevering for the Common

Good as Christians in a hostile public square. So I wanted to record a quick episode today to let

you know the book is now officially out. So today, February 4th, is release day. I'm so excited about

it. And I just wanted to be sure you guys all

know. So what is the book about? As cultural hostility toward Christianity intensifies,

many Christians have grown more reluctant to advocate for biblical values in the public square.

But our perseverance for the common good and a good defined by God alone is more important

than ever in a culture that embraces darkness.

When Culture Hates You is a call for Christians to unashamedly pursue righteousness

in society out of our love for others.

That is the book in a nutshell.

Now, with a provocative title like When Culture Hates You, there are people

and especially non-believers who want to assess the title without even reading the book. I'm

already starting to see this. What I've seen several times now is that someone with a review

copy of the book will share about it online somewhere. And then a non-believer will drop a comment in about how

ridiculous it is that Christians think we're hated when it's really we who are the haters.

So to give you an example, I got a one-star review on good reads already from someone who clearly

hasn't read the book. She said, quote, propaganda, BS. Society does not

hate Christians, Christianity, or God. Society has become intolerant of people claiming to be
