Owen on the line and what Michael has done right here's a real estate agent who

saw his average real estate commission being about five grand

every time he sold a house calculated how many hours it took him to do that

And then did a couple flips calculated how many hours it took him to do the flip,

and realized he would make 25 grand on a flip for the same amount of hours spent as 5 grand on the real estate commission so now he hyper-focused is on

flips and he does much more flips than he does working with buyers and sellers and

he is on the fast lane to financial freedom and beyond.
