Wayne introduce yourself? Why don't you tell our rock star audience a little bit about you?

Absolutely. Well, so I'll give you the short version. You know, I've been, I was a mega agent for for several years actually up in Alaska

built a mega agent team and then after and then built a mega agent team ended up and

hitting rock bottom so there's some things that happened in my life. I

nailed rock bottom, was able to kind of recover from that and then transitioned into, I had an opportunity

to go out and be a trainer all over the country for Kella Williams.

So I spent the last five years on the road training over 5,000 agents across the country in Canada.
