Before we get into today's episode I had to tell you a quick story. Hey guys it's Elizabeth and last

night my mom came over to hang out with my kids and it gets me but really my kids for a little

And I have challenged her.

I challenged her to put on a certain amount of muscle

and she's kind of giving me an update on how that was going.

And she told me that she signed up for strong foundations,

And she said she had previously signed up for a different program,

but what she found is there's no modifications.

So she purchased this program and I can totally relate

because I've done the same thing. She purchased this program to get workouts but some of

the things she can't do physically. Some of the things she can't do physically,

some of the things she doesn't have the equipment for,

and so she just is like, I guess I'll do what I can do.

But one of the things that is so valuable about what Morgan and I are doing for our
