Summary
I lost a soulmate of mine over a few misunderstandings and miscommunications… I have a friend who is currently in the midst of dealing with some misunderstandings in a very important relationship in her life, and I have clients who we are actively working on healing their thoughts about significant relationships in their lives that are happening as a result of misunderstandings.
In todays episode, I share how these misunderstandings manifested in my life and my relationships, which led to that friendship ending… and how I have shifted my thinking so that I can feel better, love harder, and give the benefit of the doubt to those I care about.
I hope that you’re able to apply some of these principles to a relationship in your life that has you acting in a way you’re not proud of. And I hope that as you apply these strategies and thought principles, you can repair that story and relationship before we cause more pain, for us or them.
