Summary
We pay attention to our blood pressure, our temperature, our heart rate, our oxygen… its time we pay attention to our fifth vital sign: our cycle.
As women, we’re not taught or encouraged to support our bodies incredible hormone cycles… but thats where Jacqueline from The Menstrual Mogul comes in. She joins us on this episode of INsource to share what the four stages of our cycle are, and how we can support our bodies best during each of them.
She shares when we should push hard, and when we need to pull back. We dive into when you’re going to feel the most confident and can schedule big launches around that, as well as when we might be more sensitive physiologically and need to protect ourselves and preserve our energy more.
You guys know I’ve been obsessed with learning about my body, how it works, and how I can make sure I am supporting it best. This is another piece to the puzzle.
