her job as a medical professional while coping with her own life stresses.

She often feels drained and while she loves supporting other people, she would like to know

grateful for the suggestion. Taking good care of ourselves is paramount for us to show up as the best

actually just had a challenging week myself so I'm really, really resonating with this topic of

self-care and supporting others. My awesome little dog has been unwell and there have been a few

really long nights and trips to the vet and

uncertainty and worry. We still don't know exactly what's wrong and honestly it's been really

tough keeping up with everything in my business and with my job. I feel as though I know what it's like to be exhausted and emotionally drained

and still need to show up for others and be there for them.
