This is the last podcast for 2018 and I wanted to do a new

year's kind of meditation and contemplation. What we often do is make resolutions or goals and we plan forward very easily and I thought maybe we could also take some time to look back.

I often talk about looking back to see how far you have come because this can really keep you floating during the difficult times

when you are having some amped up anxiety or some stressful days that may became a little more often than you

Take heart and use this meditation as a way to remind yourself of where you have come from.

So let's begin by getting comfortable.

Yeah, if you're in your chair, snuggle in a little bit, get your feet flat on the floor. There's no real formal way to sit
