Okay, so today we get to talk to you guys about something that you, we have been on quite a journey on since day one of getting married, actually. And you guys have gotten to hear that over the last almost decade, right? Seven years, eight years. Yeah, I think. So we've been married going on 10 years now, our 10 year anniversary is coming up. We started the podcast, I think, eight years ago.

Yeah.

So you guys have been able to hear our ups and downs, our struggles with this, our lack

of faith, our clarity in moments, our confusion in moments.

And so I'm excited to talk to you about, with Elisha, about just natural family planning and

children. And this is a conversation that I think it took a long time to find peace on,

not that it's not a faith walk every single day, but I think there are so many different

voices out there. You can really find someone to agree with you on

anything when it comes to this. And so it was difficult kind of waiting through that and coming

to terms with, are we, are we walking in faith or are we not walking in faith? If we're stewarding our

kids, we want to steward our kids well. We don't want to do something irresponsibly, right?

We want to be wise and all these things. And it's like, how do all these things work together synergistically?

Because at times they seem to be conflicting. And so some of you have written in asking our thoughts.

And so we move forward into this conversation very, at least me,

like humbly and just being like, hey, we've, go take this to God's word, you know, take it,

pray about it as a couple and seek unity together as a couple. Because I do think that why

this comes up so much is because it's a very intimate part of not only

your marriage, but your relationship with God. And it just, it does affect everything.

Yeah, I agree. And it has been actually maybe the number one cause at different points in our

marriage, not constant, not all the time, but

there's been a couple key moments in our marriage where our differences on how we viewed

this caused a lot of strain in our marriage, especially when it came to sexual intimacy,
