All right welcome to episode 463. Hello my friend. Welcome to a fresh new episode

of new mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening thank you for

supporting me and today I want to talk about soulmates and the reason I want to do

this is rather practical. I see this term thrown around a lot on social media and

as with all words and titles and adjectives that we love to use to prescribe

meaning to life and to help us make sense of life I think that's fine I think

that's great you know find clarity or direction or closure or whatever it is

you're looking for and use the words that make sense for you given what you've

experienced but personally I think this word in particular soulmate it can get

us in a bit of trouble because it carries a lot of weight right soulmate one of

one end of the line better find them better find your soulmate before it's too late

don't miss out don't let them go there's so much pressure to find your soulmate

pressure to be someone else's soulmate pressure to not look back on your life

and realize that you missed your shot maybe you will let your soulmate go and the

result of that pressure is is just that right it's undue pressure and then

perhaps when we're so wrapped up in pressure we do things like we lower our

standard we negotiate our self-worth and all these things right we start thinking

well you know what if they are my soulmate I don't want to miss my shot so I'll
