centering and mindful Japanese concept. It's called Wabi Sabi I don't know if I'm

pronouncing that right but that's how it's spelled and it's a really defining

way to look at life and yourself particularly I think within that context of

getting older getting older the the thing that's happening literally right now we

are both the two of us who are getting older and for a lot of people say for

most people that comes with a lot more pressure maybe more confusion more heart

break more insecurity all these things and as much as as much as it might be

easy for me to sit here and say oh you know getting older is beautiful getting

wiser who's beautiful in reality it does come with a lot of those things it

comes with the pressure to accomplish certain things by a certain time that

pressure is more tangible it's it's heavier it comes with you know maybe

expecting to have clarity that you thought you would have when you became a

quote adult but it's not there and that weighs on you maybe the path forward like

what are you supposed to be doing like you're getting older that weighs on you

as well like those things naturally come with age so as we get older it's like
