americans will follow some kind of diet at some point in their lives unfortunately most diets have

extraordinarily low success rates around 80% of dieters regain all the weight they lost within a year,

and 85% regain it within two years. Within three years of finishing a diet, 95% of people

regain all or more of the weight they've lost. Of those who regain the weight, at least one in

three puts on more pounds than they originally lost. Super easy to get motivated to lose weight.

I love how Lane Norton always says America doesn't have a weight loss program. They have a weight
