comfort zone and just do it i know a lot of people just get uncomfortable with these types of things such as, you know, stepping foot into the

gym or just like making some sort of small change. But at the end of the day, if you have that little bit of a feeling where it's like, ah, we got to do this. You know, last night, it was Friday night. We're setting up until about 10 p.m.

We actually recorded most of this episode and we noticed that the quality wasn't as good. We needed new equipment. We needed tools. And it really just made me think of my quote. And that's what

It's a good quote to live by because even for myself, yesterday I woke up sick in the middle of the night. And I'm like, how am I going to fill the podcast if I'm? And I might be a little bit nasly, but that's okay. I'm getting it done. The headache of setting up this equipment was a challenge. Getting to video is uncomfortable. Me and Kyle didn't like it. We have a routine. We've done almost 500 episodes in a routine. It's uncomfortable getting to video. But now we can make better snippets for Instagram you're able to be seen in
