Summary
In today's episode, Gina discusses TMS and the work of Dr. Sarno and former ACP guest Steve Ozanich. Many who struggle with TMS and anxiety suffer from excessively "living in the head". Instead of doing, many will just think about it and get stuck in what-if scenarios, never acting or getting a full experience of life. Gina recommends movement and embracing the body to get out of what can be torturous thought-cycles.
