Hi Ben, hope things are good, still loving the content, especially the podcast.

Thank you, sir. I'm a reasonably fit guy, 30 years old,

strength and conditioning training three times a week with a reasonable diet on top of that,

and I generally get eight hours of sleep a night. I'm

180 centimetres tall 81 kilos and around 15% body fat according to the

machine at the gym which I know isn't that accurate. I find that

some days I get extremely tired and lethargic after lunch. Lunch is usually a chicken salad without a carb sauce or often scramble eggs on whole meal toast.

I seem to find that the carb content doesn't factor in that much.

The tiredness seems to hit me whatever I eat. Just wondering if you have any idea why this might be or if it's something I should be bothered about.

I work as a drum tutor and sometimes I find that my cognitive stamina takes a real hit for a while after eating in the middle of the day.
