I'm constantly I was saying at the top of the show like I'm always sharing your work because I find it besides brilliant but super accessible because it doesn't help when when we have public platforms it doesn't help that much of it's brilliant but nobody understands what the hell it means in their life, you know, but your stuff is just right on.

So I'd love to start with sort of your back story like what got you interested in doing what you're doing now, sure.

Yeah, I mean, I think there's so many pieces to that story that, you know, brought me to the work of relationship skills and I think, you know, moving and immigrating from the Middle East when I was four years old and being away from all of my family and extended family members.
