Do you have people in your life who are so difficult or unreasonable or demanding that

when it comes time for you to speak your mind or ask for what you want, it's really just

not worth it in your mind where you go, you know what?

It's actually not worth it.

I don't even want to deal with it.

Does the amount of stress that trying to talk to them about anything, the amount of stress

that this causes you, does it make you want to just appease them and continue to sort

of suck it out?

to be sharing how to verbally deescalate situations with these folks who love to like

bring it from zero to 100 in two seconds, a proactive way to approach an impossible or

very difficult person and how to protect yourself from being harmed by this type of interaction

because it is indeed exhausting.
