My name is Greg Klunis and in this episode we are looking at a very important topic. We're looking at something that I think we don't take enough time to ask ourselves and it's it's unfortunate because every year we go

0:56.7

through this cycle we go through this process where we look back on our year we look at the things we're happy about we look at the things we're happy about, we look at the things we're maybe not so happy about the goals that we set, and we recommit to ourselves.

1:09.6

We make the choice and the commitment that in the next year things will be better.

1:15.7

And the next year we're going to do it right and the next year we're going to stick to

1:19.8

It's something that I want you, the moment you have free time today,

2:08.0

I don't know if you're driving or if you're working out right now

2:10.5

or doing chores, but the moment you have a free second, a free five minutes, a free three

2:15.9

minutes. I want you to do this. Sit down and ask yourself, what do I want from 2020?

2:28.6

Truly ask yourself that question.

2:31.0

Ask yourself who do I want to be? What do I want? What life do I want to have? How do I want to have changed?

2:39.8

Because here's the big issue in personal development,

2:42.8

or at least in the branch of personal development

2:45.4

that we tend to follow.
